Trigger point release

Technique using silicone cups or  negative pressure cups to promote blood flow, pain reduction, relaxation, mobility and healing of the tissues.

MFD is a therapeutic technique, using cups that are applied to the skin that aims to improve muscular and fascial mobility. It utilizes negative pressure (suction) to increase blood flow, stretch and release the fascia, promote tissue relaxation, thereby reducing pain and enhancing range of motion.

Tissue release techniques geared towards improving blood flow, decreasing pain and addressing restricted areas to promote healing with a focus on a very specific area.
